*My Adoption Fees*

*Single ratty*  $15

*Same sex pair of ratties*  $25

*Same sex trio of ratties*  $35

*Single hairless ratty*  $20

Excluding hairless rats, these fees apply to every 'type' (color, markings, ear type, etc...) of rat I have available for adoption.

*A Quick Side note* For those of you who are interested in adopting hairless ratties from me, it wouldn't hurt to do a little research. Hairless rats are rather delicate and taking proper care of them is a bit more challenging than caring for furred ratties. :-)

Reservation and Adoption Policies:

Reservation- I would be more than happy to reserve rats for you. I require that you pick up the reserved one(s) within two weeks after the reservation has been made, or else two weeks from the time the rat is old enough to be adopted. I do not require a deposit- you can pay in cash when you pick up your ratties.
Adoption- My policies are not very 'strict', but I would like to know your reasons for adopting. I want all of my rats to go to great homes...
Also, I will not allow you to adopt a single ratty unless you already have a same sex friend at home. Rats do best in pairs- they are not usually happy when housed alone.
Lastly, you must come to my home to pick up your ratties (be sure to provide some sort of carrier to transport your new friends in). I do NOT ship rats to other states.

  2. This makes me so happy to see. I only wish I lived a little closer. You would think we would have some kind and loving breeders here in Chicago-land, but good, safe, health-conscious rat breeders are a rare find. Keep up the amazing work!

    1. Thanks, I will! It really is a bummer that good ratteries are far and few between. Rats make such wonderful pets!
